Target Audience and Account System
Sortify is designed for children aged 3–12+ and their parents or educators. Children cannot create accounts on their own. All child profiles must be linked to a mandatory Parent or Educator account to ensure adult supervision and consent.
Use of Service
You agree to use Sortify only for lawful and educational purposes. We strive to maintain a secure environment; however, users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
Intellectual Property
All content within Sortify, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is the property of Garage.ist. No part of the service may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
Safety and Social Interaction
To protect our younger users, child profiles remain anonymous and are identified by a random UID. We do not support child-to-child chat or photo uploads. Direct communication is only permitted between Parents and Teachers, subject to teacher approval.
Limitation of Liability
While we work hard to provide a seamless experience via Google Firebase infrastructure, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free. Garage.ist is not liable for technical interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Subscriptions and Payments
Sortify is free to download. Sortify Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all games and content and may begin with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Terms of Use (EULA).
Policy Changes
Any updates to these terms will be presented to parents via a mandatory pop-up notification. Continued use of Sortify requires explicit consent to the updated terms.
