Welcome to Sortify, an educational game developed by Garage.ist. By using our service, you agree to the following terms. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for children.
Sortify is designed for children aged 3-12+ and their parents or educators. Children cannot create accounts on their own. All child profiles must be linked to a mandatory Parent or Educator account to ensure adult supervision and consent.
You agree to use Sortify only for lawful and educational purposes. We strive to maintain a secure environment; however, users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
All content within Sortify, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is the property of Garage.ist. No part of the service may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
To protect our younger users, child profiles remain anonymous and are identified by a random UID. We do not support child-to-child chat or photo uploads. Direct communication is only permitted between Parents and Teachers, subject to teacher approval.
While we work hard to provide a seamless experience via Google Firebase infrastructure, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free. Garage.ist is not liable for technical interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Any updates to these terms will be presented to parents via a mandatory pop-up notification. Continued use of Sortify requires explicit consent to the updated terms.
